{"id":11309,"date":"2021-12-12T11:48:43","date_gmt":"2021-12-12T11:48:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=11309"},"modified":"2021-12-12T11:48:43","modified_gmt":"2021-12-12T11:48:43","slug":"alarma-ambiental-en-rio-negro-por-un-derrame-de-petroleo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/alarma-ambiental-en-rio-negro-por-un-derrame-de-petroleo\/","title":{"rendered":"Alarma ambiental en R\u00edo Negro por un derrame de petr\u00f3leo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>El da\u00f1o ambiental fue ocasionado en un \u00e1rea comprendida entre las estaciones de bombeo Medanito y Crucero Catriel de dicha provincia patag\u00f3nica.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible de la Naci\u00f3n anunci\u00f3 que\u00a0inici\u00f3 un expediente administrativo y dispuso que la Brigada de Control Ambiental se desplace a\u00a0R\u00edo Negro\u00a0para realizar una inspecci\u00f3n y evaluar el da\u00f1o ambiental ocasionado en un \u00e1rea comprendida entre las estaciones de bombeo Medanito y Crucero Catriel, en la que se produjo un siniestro que se presume que consiste en el derrame de hidrocarburos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El secretario de Control y Monitoreo Ambiental, Sergio Federovisky, asegur\u00f3 que \u00abas\u00ed como lo estipula la ley general del ambiente,\u00a0el Ministerio tiene que estar dispuesto a acompa\u00f1ar r\u00e1pidamente a las provincias frente a situaciones de riesgo ambiental como la que se acaba de presentar en Rio Negro\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abNo solo dispusimos la gesti\u00f3n de la Brigada de Control Ambiental para evaluar los da\u00f1os sino tambi\u00e9n la exigencia de reclamar el seguro ambiental obligatorio y, de existir, ejecutar la p\u00f3liza correspondiente para que el da\u00f1o no recaiga sobre el Estado y los ciudadanos\u00bb, indic\u00f3 el funcionario de la cartera que conduce Juan Cabandi\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tal sentido,\u00a0\u00abse intimar\u00e1 a la empresa Oleoductos del Valle (Oldelval) a que presente la p\u00f3liza del seguro ambiental obligatorio que la ley exige para llevar a cabo la prestaci\u00f3n de sus servicios\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 en un comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abLa cartera de Ambiente nacional impulsa en todo el pa\u00eds el cumplimiento de lo establecido por la Ley 25675 -general del ambiente- en su art\u00edculo 22. Esto quiere decir que aquellas actividades riesgosas que potencialmente puedan conllevar un incidente ambiental deben contar con una garant\u00eda financiera para responder por los siniestros que la actividad pudiera causar\u00bb, indico el escrito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abEl objetivo es que los posibles pasivos ambientales generados se mitiguen por medio de este instrumento\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, Federovisky afirm\u00f3 que\u00a0si la compa\u00f1\u00eda no contara con ese seguro \u00abse iniciar\u00e1n las acciones legales correspondientes para que sea la empresa que provoc\u00f3 el da\u00f1o la que remedie sus consecuencias y se haga responsable por lo ocurrido\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Explic\u00f3 que\u00a0\u00abse inici\u00f3 hoy mismo un expediente administrativo con un sumario para establecer las responsabilidades que eventualmente puedan ser motivo de querella penal contra la empresa, para garantizar que se ejecuten todas las tareas correspondientes de remediaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o ambiental\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El da\u00f1o ambiental fue ocasionado en un \u00e1rea comprendida entre las estaciones de bombeo Medanito y Crucero Catriel de dicha provincia patag\u00f3nica.
