Misiones Carne lleva ocho meses de funcionamiento y visit\u00f3 al menos ocho veces cada municipio.<br><br>Este programa, tiene por objetivo el impulso de la producci\u00f3n local como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n el acceso a carne vacuna de calidad, con inocuidad. La medida es en beneficio directo tanto de productores como consumidores al promover el consumo de productos de producci\u00f3n misionera y favorecer el acceso directo a producci\u00f3n local con valor agregado.<br><br>En cuanto a municipios, Posadas e Iguaz\u00fa fueron los de mayor consumo general. En tanto, los departamentos de mayor consumo per c\u00e1pita fueron San Pedro, San Mart\u00edn, 25 de Mayo, Candelaria, Concepci\u00f3n, San Ignacio y Ap\u00f3stoles, representando un ahorro de m\u00e1s del 50%.<br><br>Los cortes m\u00e1s vendidos hasta el momento fueron premium 45%, econ\u00f3mico 35%, molida 20%. A estos se incorpora la costilla y el chorizo que se comercializar\u00e1 en las siguientes presentaciones: 2.5 kg la costilla y 1.5 kg el chorizo.
