{"id":10669,"date":"2021-11-16T13:17:55","date_gmt":"2021-11-16T13:17:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/?p=10669"},"modified":"2021-11-16T13:17:55","modified_gmt":"2021-11-16T13:17:55","slug":"reanudaran-el-transporte-internacional-de-pasajeros-por-el-puente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvinoticias.com\/v3\/reanudaran-el-transporte-internacional-de-pasajeros-por-el-puente\/","title":{"rendered":"Reanudar\u00e1n el transporte internacional de pasajeros por el puente"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Se logr\u00f3 un acta bilateral de entendimiento y los servicios de transporte de pasajeros internacionales se reanudar\u00edan a partir de las 00 de ma\u00f1ana mi\u00e9rcoles<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Transporte (DINATRAN) de Paraguay lanz\u00f3 este lunes un comunicado en el cual informaba que, tras negociaciones con sus pares de la Subsecretar\u00eda de Transporte Automotor de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina, se logr\u00f3 un acta bilateral de entendimiento para la reanudaci\u00f3n de los servicios de transporte de pasajeros internacionales a partir de las 00 de este mi\u00e9rcoles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se especific\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que por el momento, el \u00fanico paso habilitado para que ese servicio ingrese a Argentina es el puente entre Posadas y Encarnaci\u00f3n y que es \u201cexclusivamente para las empresas permisionarias autorizadas que operan en ese corredor\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A todo esto, el c\u00f3nsul paraguayo en Posadas, Rolando Goibur\u00fa, aclar\u00f3 a PRIMERA EDICI\u00d3N que \u201cesto fue la firma de un acta bilateral, todav\u00eda falta que se soliciten las gestiones v\u00eda Canciller\u00eda de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina a fin de la autorizaci\u00f3n provincial del corredor por el puente internacional San Ignacio de Loyola y Puerto (Falc\u00f3n-Clorinda).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este contexto, reiter\u00f3 que \u201cfalta todav\u00eda que se apruebe el acta a nivel de Canciller\u00eda, y que se solicite a las autoridades provinciales y nacionales la implementaci\u00f3n de este tipo de transporte\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para el tren y el servicio de colectivo internacional Posadas-Encarnaci\u00f3n todav\u00eda no hay fecha fijada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cEs inviable\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por otra parte, en el pa\u00eds vecino voces encontradas con respecto a la implementaci\u00f3n del servicio y cu\u00e1ndo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es que debido al cupo de personas -ahora con un tope diario de 5.000-, ser\u00eda \u201cinviable\u201d su puesta en marcha, al menos por ahora, alegaron referentes del sector del transporte paraguayo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con respecto a este tema, la presidenta de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Transportistas de Itap\u00faa, Olga Fischer dijo que \u201cva a depender del cupo\u201d, y se pregunt\u00f3 \u201c\u00bfC\u00f3mo van a hacer nuestros pasajeros si suben al bus y cuando lleguen all\u00e1 (Posadas) se acabe el cupo?\u201d. Agreg\u00f3 que \u201ctendremos que tener una conversaci\u00f3n constante con nuestros choferes y ellos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exigencias y precios<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para ingresar al pa\u00eds, las personas extranjeras no residentes deber\u00e1n haber completado el esquema de vacunaci\u00f3n al menos 14 d\u00edas antes, realizar declaraci\u00f3n jurada, contar con PCR negativo y test de ant\u00edgenos, y poseer un seguro de salud COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCon este protocolo es inviable\u201d, dijo el referente transportista Walter Insfr\u00e1n, porque \u201cvan a limitar la cantidad de colectivos, el cupo es de 5.000\u201d, dijo y sum\u00f3 que \u201cel protocolo es muy estricto\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con respecto a los precios, mencionaron que los precios no se van a alterar y tendr\u00e1n un valor de 10.000 Gs., que al cambio actual son alrededor de $250.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fuente: Primera
